Competition cheer comes with significant expenses, including competition registration fees, choreography, music, uniforms, travel, accommodations, equipment, and other costs that help our athletes compete at their very best. Our goal is to make these opportunities possible for our cheerleaders while keeping the financial burden on our families as manageable as possible.

Official Raffle Rules

Presented by the Midland Lee Cheer Booster Club

Raffle Dates

The Lee Cheer Rebel Raffle 2026 will begin on September 22, 2026 and end at 7:00 PM Central Time on November 6, 2026.

The drawing will be held on November 6, 2026.

Ticket Pricing

1 raffle ticket — $20
6 raffle tickets — $100

Each raffle ticket represents one chance to win. Each ticket purchased through Givebutter will be assigned a unique ticket number.

Drawing & Winner Notification

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible raffle tickets purchased during the raffle period.

The drawing will take place on November 6, 2026.

Winners will be notified by email using the contact information provided with their raffle purchase. Winners should respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Midland Lee Cheer Booster Club may select an alternate winner by random drawing.

General Rules

Raffle tickets are available for purchase through the official Lee Cheer Rebel Raffle 2026 Givebutter campaign.
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
The Midland Lee Cheer Booster Club reserves the right to verify a winner's eligibility and the validity of the winning ticket before awarding a prize.
Prizes will be awarded as described above. Specific gift cards, gift certificates, products, or services are subject to the terms and conditions of the businesses providing them.
Prize values are approximate retail values at the time of the raffle.
Winners are responsible for claiming their prizes and complying with any applicable expiration dates or restrictions imposed by the prize provider.
Shipping of prizes is available at winner's expense.
By purchasing a raffle ticket, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Official Raffle Rules.
The Midland Lee Cheer Booster Club reserves the right to correct typographical errors or clarify these rules when necessary, provided that no change materially affects the odds or nature of the raffle.

Use of Proceeds

All proceeds from the raffle will be used for the charitable purposes of the Midland Lee Cheer Booster Club, including supporting cheerleading activities, training, competitions, travel, equipment, uniforms, choreography and other expenses associated with providing opportunities for our cheerleaders. Texas law requires raffle proceeds to be spent for the charitable purposes of the qualified organization.

Texas Charitable Raffle Information

This raffle is conducted by a qualified nonprofit organization under the Texas Charitable Raffle Enabling Act, Chapter 2002 of the Texas Occupations Code. Texas law permits a qualified organization to conduct a raffle subject to statutory requirements, including limits on the number of raffles, the use of proceeds, prize restrictions, ticket disclosures, and promotion and ticket-sale restrictions.
